CVA Ketenzorg – Get the right care with a CVA
Designed during my employment at B302.

CVA Ketenzorg commissioned me to design a website where patients that suffered from a CVA (Cerebro Vasculair Accident) can find professionals in the area. A lot of care is involved in the rehabilitation of a CVA, which can be a difficult and chaotic process for the patient and family.

On the website you will find profiles of all healthcare professionals in the area. Each healthcare institution has its own profile, which contains information about the company, the opening hours and the specialist.

A CVA stands for a Cerebro Vascular Accident, a stroke. People who have had a CVA can experience a variety of complaints, from speech problems to paralysis and from poor vision to difficulty moving.

A target group that needs to be heard and it’s therefore extra important that they understand how the website works and how they can use it. We did multiple user interviews with the concept designs and the final product to get as close as possible to the user, understanding where the problems/challenges lie and solve where possible.

The main goal of the website is to find care in the area, preferably as close as possible. That is why the homepage consists of a map and a filter. Users can filter by professional and from there gather more information about the relevant professional and practice.
